One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching
Based on Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT): Learn to accept what is out of your personal control, and commit to mindful actions that improves and enriches your life
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Next course starts 9th of March at House of Bloom in the Hague. Another course starts on the 11th of May.
