We meet every week to purposely allow our bodies to go from being controlled by the stress-induced sympathetic nervous system to the calming parasympathetic system. We do so through mindfulness exercises such as body scans, mindful movements and short meditations. You will feel the immediate effect on your body and mind. Come and try it out. No experience or registration needed.
